I have placed an order recently but I'm worried if I'll receive it on time?
Please note we start processing your order as soon as you put one. Orders ship five days a week Monday to Friday. Generally takes 4 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept any return, hence no refund. However if there is a defect with your product please reach out and We are more than happy to help.
Is Our Willow safe to shop from?
Yes absolutely, We are located in Vancouver, Canada and from here we do all the business.

Our Willow is an Online Only Shop, shipping to Canada and US
